KTKI Controller assisting a dangerous pilot. Making matters worse?
This controller tries to help a dangerous pilot and succeeds at making a bad situation worse by omitting critical graphical details.
This exchange is an example of why pilots must ALWAYS comply with FAR 91.103 Preflight action and why ATC must NEVER attempt to interpret published procedures on behalf of any pilot.
Additionally, at one point in this recording, both pilot and controller block each other.
